Every plan includes all carriers at platform rates, order import, tracking pages and support. Prices are indicative for the draft.

Label fee is added to the carrier rate. Carrier rates are passed through at cost. VAT excluded.

Do I need my own carrier contracts?

No. Platform rates work from the first label. When your volume earns better rates, connect your own contract per carrier from the Starter plan.

How do platform rates compare?

They are the same aggregated rates Dutch label platforms offer small senders — PostNL from €7.35, DHL from €7.29, letterbox from €4.45 inside NL. You see the price before you print.

What about insurance?

Shipment protection up to €5,000 on any plan (0.6 % domestic, 1.5 % international). Bullion, cash and precious metals are excluded there — that is what the precious-metals module is for.

Can my team use it?

Growth adds roles: owner, packer, bookkeeper. Pro adds the API and priority support.
